1. Skylight


​WHAT IS IT? Skylight covers three levels of a former car park in East London, transforming them into London’s most imaginative new rooftop destination.Themed around a British urban lawn club featuring croquet, pétanque and delicious street food, Skylight promises to be this summer’s must visit.

2. Cabana’s at Coppa Club


​​WHAT IS IT? From a new, summer cocktail menu boasting the likes of an elderflower and prosecco ‘Britz Spritz’, to a brunch menu of Benedict Waffles, Coppa Club have tailored a new menu that fits in with these cabanas just right.

3. Hop Aboard a Pop-Up Rum Shack


​​WHAT IS IT? Cocktail connoisseurs,  Ladies & Gentlemen, are hosting a pop-up on a working barge, which it’s steering to a base in King’s Cross. On board, L&G will mix rum cocktails including – wait for it – piña colada slushies! Punters will be able to book one-hour booze cruises along the canal too, for just £15 a ticket.

4. Taste of London


​​WHAT IS IT? Taking place in Regent’s Park from June 14-18, Taste of London is a sprawling restaurant festival, where visitors can stuff themselves with food from a selection of 40 up-and-coming new eateries and popular old-hands.

5. Head to Noshville


​​WHAT IS IT? Suffolk Americana music hoedown The Maverick Festival will provide the tunes at this two-day eatathon in Granary Square organised by street food collective KERB.

6. Eat G&T Ice Cream


​​WHAT IS IT? In celebration of World Gin Day, The Hoxton Hotel, are hosting a G&T ice-cream parlour — does it get any better? For the weekend of 9th -11th you can head al fresco and enjoy the delicacies served up by the Gin Gods.

7. Take a Jaunt Along the Riviera

9. Get G&T’ed at Junipalooza

A celebration of Gin – no I’m not kidding! The annual Gin festival is a very much one of a kind; not only are all of the makers behind each gin there to talk you through their products in person, but every single gin is free to sample and comes with the option to drink neat or with tonic.
